Cancellation Policy

Hey hey!! I understand things happen and life gets busy. However, in the case of a short notice cancellation (within 24 hours of the service) you will be charged 30% of the service booked. NO-SHOW POLICY and DAY OF CANCELLATION* I am kindly asking that you please let me know that you need to cancel so that your slot can be available to other guests. If you no call/no show or cancel the day of, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen and I will try to be as understanding as possible. But, please understand that my time is valued as well. I value you as a guest and appreciate your understanding!
